Being remote, rural, and in the South, North Arkansas is incredible for finding weird old (mostly) rust-free iron, derelict and otherwise. Exhibit A: Jeep J10 (love the graphics).

I’ve left my mom a $5k retainer and told her to call me IMMEDIATELY if she comes across a Datsun 510. More to follow, hopefully!

Nice. Lady SonicGabe’s is from Little Rock, her family has roots in Saltillo. We were up there last summer working on the family house. Didn’t have time to wander around for pictures too much, but in just driving around the farms near the house, there were amazing cars and trucks everywhere. We’ll be going back up there sometime in the near-ish future and I’ll be getting to know the neighbors and asking them if I can crawl around their yards to take pics.

Cool! I grew up in Salem in the Ozark foothills and didn’t realize what a Jalop paradise it is until after I left.

Most roads except the main highway could compete with the canyons for technicality, and dirt roads are everywhere for the rally enthusiasts.
